Sitting Under The Family Tree

I became a hobby genealogist when I innocently asked the sister of a friend to help me find out something about my mother’s family. Twenty years, mounds of paperwork and hours of frustration later I’m still intrigued as ever with the bravery, stupidity and tenacity of my ancestors.

Close to retirement, I live in the woods with my husband of 35 years and our two German Short Haired Pointers, Ruger and Mike. Our daughter, son-in-law and fabulous grandson live in Pennsylvania.
